You’ve seen the E3 video and had a nice drool and now you can have a gander at a selection of new screens. Thanks to E3 my anticipation has rocketed. Seems the next few months are going to excellent.

Above you have the latest HOME trailer shown at E3, although nothing much is new it shows briefly 3 games rooms, Unchartered, Resistance and Warhawk, all of which look one of the best additions to HOME. Unchartered looks like a lakeside bar/cafe, Resistance looks great and has lots of display items, check out the chimera in a jar, and Warhawk shows a glimpse of the mini map for placing strategies with your clan or friends before launching in a game together.

As nice as Resident Evil 5 looks i was hoping they could bring the fear factor back from the days of Resident Evil: Nemesis, playing Nemesis with the lights off all them years ago was amazing and had some great jump out of your skin moments, i cant help but feel that Resident Evil 5 has moved away from what the resi series achieved in the chill factor area to bring more of an action game with less (dare i say) blood and less fear factor.

The graphics of course look amazing but yes, i may be the only slightly disappointed gamer in the world but it does somewhat disappoint me this video aswell. When the game is released it would have had a lot more tinkering time to get it feeling more Resi i suppose so we will see wont we…

I will be sitting here hunched over my keyboard to give You the first full list of Sony’s show. Well a comprhensive list anyway. But first lets take a look at what Microsoft stole off Sony (and if you believe all the doomsayers declaring the end of the PS3).

From the folks behind Socom comes a brand new PS3 exclusive game called MAG. It has upto 256 players online, a clever branching system, it’s squad based and we have a screenshot! Hopefully more news about this title will come up in the next few hours.

That’s right my Chimera killers. As of the beginning of 2009 we will see a new Resistance game coming out. By the way, it’s not for the PS3. Hit the jump!

Home has apparently had a few new touches. According to the E3 press event it’s had a graphic overhaul and new rooms have been added. After all the delays Home had disappeared off my hype-list but it magically just popped back on there.

That’s right folks. The heading speaks for itself but just in case you don’t get it allow me to explain.

As of tonight, the already decent Playstation Store will now include movies in HD and SD for purchase and rental. From what I’ve gathered it’s just for the U.S. but this is great news either way!

That’s right my platform loving friends. R&C will be hitting our PS3’s again soon for roughly $15 so in the meantime here’s a nice blurry(ish) shot. Would you have it any other way?
